Named after my dog, Blaze, who I picked up from St. Louis Lambert International Airport on 1/22/2019. This roast hails from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Just as the goats in Ethiopia discovered coffee and became energized, Blaze embodies that same boundless energy.
